Information on the 2023 Older Coloradans Events coming soon!

This event is organized by Colorado Center for Aging Network

Every May the Administration for Community Living leads our nation’s observance of Older Americans Month. Here in Colorado, we are going to celebrate Older Coloradans all year with a kick-off in May, June, and July! Colorado Center for Aging and their network are stepping forward to bring together older adults, their families, and those organizations that serve older adults in a series of educational webinars and an in-person event all happening in May, June, and July. In July we will continue our monthly webinars that keep exploring and educating all ages of Coloradans on aging issues and how many older adults remain engaged, independent, and included in the community.

We hope you can attend our webinars and bring your questions. Each of our webinars and the in-person event will explore resources and help you understand what you don’t know. At our events Colorado Center for Aging (CCA) will also be highlighting legislation that CCA has worked on with their Advocacy Huddle network that benefits and protects older adults in Colorado. For those not an official “senior” yet, keep in mind that the legislation we work on now, is legislation that will be helping you become an “older adults.”
